As you can see from the attached photo, there is a door specifically for the spare to come out of from its normal storage position.
I am assuming the bracket is folded around the bulkhead and extends up far enough for a bolt to secure the wheel in position.
Hi Mark. Yeah, I studied your vehicle quite well when I was at AJ's.. Yours and mine were part of the last batch of 3. That top is very well made..the rear door shuts beautifully! Re the wheel carrier, yeah Mick, I could make a few.... guessing you'd be wanting 3...? Gav, I could do with the measurements off yours. That'd b handy! Mark, here's the other bit that sits atop the bracket we're talking about... Gav does have a good point tho... With the wheel sat up there it really restricts viewing, adds more weight to the nose of the vehicle, and I dread to think what would happen to the wheel if the vehicle hit something hard when moving forward....

How are you going with getting yours registered? Just check the import cert.. All three are on it, and the letter 'A' was missing on my paperwork.. When I went to register it they spotted the mistake and it added a few days to the process!!

Happy to bring mine to Melrose as well if that works, or if Mick sends his over, I could bring them back.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
