Looks very nice. Looking forward to a bunch of detail photo's! Seats look interesting. Like the lights along the top of the windscreen - unobtrusive. Yellow isn't it:cool:.
Where abouts are you cooee? I suspect you're far enough away to mean that I hope you can make the CSR run in 2016 so I can see it in the flesh;).
There she is!!! Suppose it's ok to share some of the photos I've got of it now?

It's a very nice truck, well sorted with some decent equipment on board, a reasonable percentage of which I can claim to have manufactured and or fitted.
Glad to see it out there and being enjoyed finally.

Very nice. I like the colour
Weeeeee!!! Piper 7 that was is down under!!!!! Thumper is a great name! It looks brilliant, and that number really sets it off too!!!! Congratulations on getting another 101, its motivating me to paint mine now!!!! Here's a pic of you're truck in its past life......!!!! :)
Not sure who the guy on the right is, but that's previous owner and usual crew Ian on the left, Paul in the centre, or Gayboy and Lurch as they're also known.
Standing in front of the old Piper 9, a V8 110.
Well, what little I remember of it whilst working near or around it retrieving rally cars from down banks, or out of stages etc, I do remember that it used to go like a cut snake!!!! Sounded awesome too... Thumper (Piper 7), and Chris Tomleys white 101 hardtop were the first two I had any dealing with, and it was these vehicles that led me into my first 101!! Here's a little in cab video.... Yes, it is in the 101!! And yes, they do handle suprisingly well at speeds.. Tyres have to be good tho!!!
