I dont know about the size.
I get mine from Anthony Johnson of British 4WD imports of Melb as I do any landrover part I need these days as there is no local dealership here at Nowra any more.
Anthony does a fair price for exactly the correct part....a double lip seal and can supply the correct locking tabs. axle flange gasket and knock on little hub cap which are special size on the 101.
I have had loose wheel bearing issuses with my 101 in the past, it may pay to jack up all the wheels and see if you can detect any free play.

I checked my parts manual which indicates that in the mid 70s the seal was unique to the 101. That is logical as the axles are larger than the series 3 so therefore the rear hub assembly (which also has unique 101 part number) certainly would have a bigger hole and face that the seal would seal against.

I would also support what Ron has said about Anthony at British 4wd Imports in Melbourne. I have bought a lot of stuff from him and his prices have always been very good. Likewise if there are alternatives he is not backward in suggesting them.

Were you spotted out at LVS Silverdale over the weekend?

You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
