So Mick did you put an inline pump in or put an intank pump in. I had low volume and pressure in my intank pump a while back and bought a new one off AJ for a reasonable price - wasn't quite the same but still went in quite well.
I also carry an inline facet in my parts so that it can be put in as a back up in case of failure.
This is what we did back in 2009 when that 101 had a failing in tank pump and we durey rigged my spare facet to keep it running.

I have a number of pumps sitting on the shelf. Some I have bought from AJ, some from our friends in the UK. They're a Commodore pump.
The one I put in is one from the UK.
I have a couple of 24V Goss in line pumps for fuel pump failures on trips. I now have four dead 101 fuel pumps on the shelf. Must get around to putting new fuel pumps in the other two.

Mick I assume you are aware that all 101 pumps are 12v irrespective if the vehicle is 24 or 12v so if you are going to use the current pump power supply you will need 12v pumps. Of course if going in line and taking power from elsewhere you will need pumps that match that power suoply.Quote:

There are plenty out there.
There is only one original 'in tank' fuel pump across the models. When checking if there was supply to the terminals the multimeter displayed 24V.Quote:

Multi meter may display 24volt.......as they are super sensitive.........under slight load............12volt
All in tank pumps should be 12volt via voltage reducer behind drivers seat.
on 24 volt vehicles.
Just to give you lot an idea of how long I have suffered my disease, I've wanted a 101 since I first saw AJ's not long after he got it back in the early '90's.
I'd missed out on buying a few. Most I just couldn't afford.
