    Bambu Labs

Is there any truth to the online conspiracy theories about Bambu Labs restricting access to third party software? I have read so many different stories about this I am confused. The new machines are seriously impressive. Turns my FlashForge into an expensive ornament.
Can’t afford one, and probably will not get one before I choose where to relocate to, but I’m always curious.

Pity. They seem to be impressive machines. Well the P2S does.

We've just bought a fleet of 3D printers to replace our existing.

We looked carefully at Bambu but as best as they tried, the sales team didnt have me convinced with after purchase care and servicing. The best they could tell me is that they don't need servicing and they're reliable.

We chatted to the guy who services our laser equipment and he immediately gave us red flags about the Bambu with regards to data harvesting issues on top of our lack of support concerns. Google that one.

In the end we bought Prusa Core One machines. They were commissioned last week and so far are doing a cracking job.
    Cheers
