Question for Series3 with the HPCU, how do you find the seating and the vehicle in general.

I would guess that is my HCPU of which you are enquiring (series 3 put up the photo from my link).
Seating position (I am barely 6foot and not overly big built (87kg)) would not be described as spacious, however, having spent years suffering a sore lower back whenever I drove my T*y*t* H*l*x for any distance and blaming it on age or the seating position of my bike (clip on handlebars), I have come to realise the upright position of the Defender is probably akin to being treated by the worlds best chiropractor - I drive the defender long distances on road and it has cured any sore back issues I have ever had.
The vehicle in general - fabulous, as long as you never need more than 2 seats (I never do)

Bingo - I'm a bit over 6 foot and around 95kg and a Deefer is the most comfy thing I've ever driven - I can sit behind the wheel for hours and hours with virtually no discomfort.

    Touring in a D90

Just completed the first big trip with the D90. Thought I would share a few photoes of the Beastie on the trip.
Click on the thumbnails to enlarge,

Beside railway line between Euabalong West and Roto, NSW. Adjacent to Nombinnie Nature Reserve

Leopard Wood tree near Ivanhoe, NSW

Western Myall between Iron Knob and Mt Ive Station, Gawler Ranges, SA

Pearl Blue-bush between Iron Knob and Mt Ive Station, Gawler Ranges

Lake Gairdiner (with water). Mt Ive Station, Gawler Ranges, SA

Lienerts - Woolford Track, Pinkawillinie Conservation Park, SA

Oldman Triodia, Buckleboo Stock Route, Pinkawillinie Conservation Park. Much of the Park has be extensively burn in recent years

Post fire regrowth, Buckleboo Stock Route, Pinkawillinie Conservation Park

The vehicle didn't miss a beat. Nearly 10,000 km on the clock.
    Cheers

Here is mine then, its a 10MY all I have added so far is the bull bar, renovating the house is eating all my money and she wont increase my allowance.. Thank god I got the corporate pack and servicing is included.. Going to get some HID spots soon as I have convinced her that they are essential. But if the tax man is kind to me then maybe a few more goodies.

I am commuting from the gold coast to Brisbane so putting on the K's he will hit 30k next week and is only 6 months old. going to have to start taking the train or the warranty will be out before I use him for a pleasure trip.

    Latest Pic Of Mine

OK Its back and running and I love it.......they beld it without the special part.

All they got done was added the Mulgo seat extensions (If I slide them right back I can barely touch the pedals now) and add the sliders.

Monday week it goes in for 2 days for bar, lights, twin battery's, traxide upgrade, HD Track rods and sump guard.
