Thread: New Defender Owner

Hi guys,
I am new to this forum although I have been looking through for information. Anyway after a few months of looking around, I finally bought one

1997 defender 110 SW

Complete with:

Full length roof rack
Roof top tent
Dual battery
Bull bar
Cargo barrier
Uhf

And very little surface rust in the footwell, nothing serious.

I am very familiar with land rovers since my family has owned them for since I can remember. My dad had a 1950 series 1 which at the present moment is being restored wit some serie III parts etc. I left from Malta two years ago so he is still working slowly on it to hopefully finish it.
