    Steering Column for Defender

    Anyone got suggestions on where I can pick up a steering column for a Defender - not fussy on model as long as from a power steering one

    Need if for my stage one project

    All 4x4 in Newcastle would have one I would think 02 49571117. The county one's fit but have a different spline on the steering wheel end.

    From memory there are two different Defender splines (TD5 the change?) and the later one is the same as the County. Worth bearing in mind if the spline (and hence the steering wheels that fit) is important.

    go the earlier defender one it's less liable to loose it's teeth the later one is ali teeth against steel .....just genius ..sad to say you can get em from rovacraft about 200 notes
