			2002 TD5 Fuel filter weep

Noticed a faint Diesel smell from rear RHS and looked under wheel arch ( still getting familiar with the new vehicle)

There is some trace of diesel around the top of the filter.

Not sure if I heard of one splitting on someone at some time.

Sound familiar and should I do something about it now?

Or is that a normal thing?

Very minor lack of pressure might explain the very very slight misfire when first at idle after coasting to a stop?

It may be worth removing it and checking that it only has 1 seal fitted. There have been posts where the old one wasnt removed and that can cause bleeding issues amongst others.
