I have the GME tx3340 and it is excellet.
The microphone is on the dash and the radio unit between the drivers seat and the center console.
My vehicle is a defender Tdi but it will the same setup on the Puma.
When I am on a big City I just remove the microphone and the antena.

I use black automotive trim double sided tape I got from Super Cheap. Mine has been on for several years in my RR.

I use this tape for lots of stuff - it saves drilling holes in the dash and is easy to remove if needs be.
