It's with toll and will be in Ballarat on Monday the tray maker will have tray done by following weekend. Then when my bar arrives from arb straight there I think your right I'm not going to worry about wheels at this stage. Infact that's what appealed to me about the defender "ready out of the box" not like Jap crap
I'm happy to be wrong here - after all, I learn my stuff from this website! My understanding is that there are differences between what is the standard steel rim that comes on a 130 and what is referred to as a Wolf rim - and these differences are....
130 rims as standard are designed for Tubes
Wolf rims, Stronger and rated at "JJ" - means it's a safety rim, and hence can be run tubless.
Of course, I imagine it is possible to run a Wolf (or HD rim) with a tube - but the standard 130 rim cannot be used tubeless. That is the difference between what pc3 will receive on his new 130 and a Wolf or HD rim - whatever you call it, and that was the point I was making.

"Of course, I imagine it is possible to run a Wolf (or HD rim) with a tube - but the standard 130 rim cannot be used tubeless." or is that should not???

The experts ( an expert is a drip under pressure) tell me that a tubeless ( or Wolf , or Diiscovery 1 etc ) rim has a safety bead to hold the tyre on when flat or at least prevent it from coming right off. A tubeless does not.
A mate of mine is lamenting the fact that it is difficult to get reasonably priced tubes for 235/85 R16's.
