A couple of bean bags and sit in the tray? Seriously, I think your options back seat wise are limited.

I had the same issue with my Puma 130. I ended up removing the rear seats and and the box panel on the floor, and making my own seats with the help of a motor trimmer. The padding is about 50mm thick on the backrest and this allows a fair bit more legroom. They are more comfy than the originals according to back seat passengers and they fold neatly against the back panel of the cab when not in use which frees up a cavernous clear floor space.
