Mine has diff breathers front and rear.
No wading plugs though.
as i have not long had my 110 puma crew cab, i was thinking back to my old 130 crewcab 300tdi and the tool kit it came with, ''wadeing plugs''
i did happen to have the tool kit out of the puma the other week and don't remember seeing any plugs,
does the new puma's not come with breathers ?????, i did some crawling around under it the other day, but couldnt find any breather on the rear diff, maybe i just didn't look hard enough ???????
cheers

Had some breathers installad at Piranha.
might have to crawl under and have another look
I'm pretty sure the breathers are already connected to tubing that seems to run up and disappear into the body. Is that right?
breathers are fitted at the factory, but some people extend them, there aren't any wading plugs fitted to Pumas

If you want to extend the breathers, buy some garden irrigation hose from Bunnings (it's pretty much the same stuff as that used by LR) and join them to the existing pipe ends with a length of heat shrink tubing (available from electronic parts stores). I did mine, terminating them behind the top of the snorkel. Even used the little irrigation spray fittings at the top. They must look OK because I've been asked a couple of times where to get the 'special tops'. It took about an hour to do and cost about $15.
I don't know about the puma, but on my 300tdi all but one of the existing breathers terminates at the back of the engine. The rear axle breather terminates in the wheel arch. It was easier to simply replace this one.
sounds like its all too easy, just have to spend abit of time on my back looking up
cheers

Just a bump.
My new (as of yesterday) Puma 110 has both axle breathers going up near the rear of the engine and as high as the top of the engine.
The lines are secured with zip ties and don't look like factory fitted. Perhaps LRA fits them?
