    Puma Electric Brake Wiring??

I know there are a number of previous threads but I have some direct qs.

I have hooked up a new remote head Redarc EBC. (I know about the other types).
I have run the cables to the rear to splice into the needed wiring. Do I connect the brake wire direct to the rear brake light wiring or do both cables connect through the landrover 7 pin wires (ie. blue and red?).
The first run didnt work and showed on the LED that the trailer was connected when it was not? and blew the fog lamp cb??
    cheers
    P.

Red wire connects to the vehicle's brake light supply.
Blue wire connects to the trailer brake wire (blue wire in the trailer plug).

Connect the black direct to the +ve on the battery and the white to the -ve of the battery.

The red supplies the signal to say brakes applied, the blue supplies the output to the trailer's brakes.

Sneigy wired my RedArc in so if you send him a PM he may be able to help.

I'm very happy with the RedArc unit.
