I saw one just like this in Darwin in 2001/2. I had a really good look over it as it was clearly not a perentie, and definitely ADF.

If it was ADF should it have a CKD chassis number?

Doesn't look like it to me, but check the ADF plates and numbers as stated previously, I don't think its a too bad price for a 1998 Defender 110 if its been looked after.

Juddy i hate to contradict you but i would have written that they weren't sold in any numbers . As someone who can remember the eighties i know they made and sold at least five in the mid to late eighties - from memory they were a special order from the government and they used them to tow 5th wheelers and if my memory is in any way correct I think that they were the travelling displays for the bicentenary so that would make them 1987 or 1988 models and v8 petrols. I'm sure there are huge gaps and inaccuracies in my memories that other members may be able to fill in

This vehicle is the real deal.

The seller of this vehicle has more Military equipment than you lot have had hot dinners combined. Check your facts before slagging off.

It was for sale at Emu Gully.
