Puma 110 Home Made Drawer System!

Finally finished the drawer system off, really happy with it! All up including all stainless fittings etc it has cost me about $400 Aussie to build from scratch and the drawer can hold up to 90 kg!
More mods coming next week so stay tuned!!!

That's not very "pov" at all Povman. In fact it's decidedly unpov! Nice.

Thanks fellas, I got the alloy tube steel and fittings from bunnings, then I cut some plate galv and riveted all the joins with 4mm rivets to strengthen the whole frame.
By the way, it only weighs about 12kg in total and it's totally removable in about 2 mins!

    Povman.
Wish I had seen yours a couple of weeks ago, mine cost me $1200 and weighs in at about 60kg. I think my Puma now weights more than my sons D3.

It looks really good - it's always satisfying not to have to fork out a couple of grand on what's effectively a big drawer. I see you've used the Qubelock stuff - how resilient do you find it??

    Nice Job.
The trick is to get the draw to fit well with the door.
    Well done.
