the bearings I have had for awhile and now can't remember the part number, just go to a local bearing place. there about 40mm with a 12mm hole.
I made this set up for my first camping trip last year, it worked really well although a little on the heavy side :)
As I use the vehicle for work too, the storage boxes are really handy for tools etc.The drawer runners were $62 from ebay and will hold 90kg. I've now discovered a scource for E Lite Plywood, so I'm going to remake the same again but it should be 2/3 lighter. I'll then cover with carpet to match interior.
Total cost was about $95.00 ;)

My 2c worth. Get some edge moulding and put it over the inner lip. this will prevent you cutting yourself on the edge and also gives a neat finish. That's what I did on mine.;)

warren9981, yeah mate that is what I have planned it's called pinch weld, as well I want to put a piece of aluminium channel down the center divider to cap the ply off.
