Top job. What thickness steel sheet did you use for the draw? Ive been looking at doing mine out of form-ply but steel may be the way to go
It looks like a really professional job you have done. Even down to the carpet covering. I should be up in your neck of the woods over the next month or two and look forward to catching up and having a bit of a bo peep at your turbo setup and the drawers. Can you send me a pm with your phone number as I seem to have misplaced it.Regards Brian.

bigandy, the sheet metal is 1.5mm, it is on the thick side but my reason is that with it fully loaded with spares and canned food or the likes going over corrigated roads I didn't want it bending.
Really good job.
Home made is the way to go.
Definitely a nice job there.
Looks like you didn't fill the well completely with the drawers - there is about 150mm section on the RH side. Was that just so the drawer cleared the door stay?
The checker plate dash in the background is interesting too...
Steve
cheers Greenhornet,
Yep home made, I did price a Outback system and the best I could get it for was $1250.
I bought enough steel do make rock sliders, rear draws and dual swing away wheel carrier and that was $500 the lot, so big savings
Hi
How did you bend the draw and what are the measurement of it. and what sort of bearings are they. And well done they look very good
