LR to Hardy Spicer P/N Cross Reference for UJs

    Hi

I went to replace the universal joints in my 110 this week as they started to have some play in the front propshaft.

After removing them, I found difficulty in finding replacements.

My vehicle has had a later model front propshaft installed with longer UJs than the typical 75mm across cups typically used.

    Mine are 92mm across cups.

I eventually tracked down LR part number STC4807 but had to pay over $60 per joint. Does anyone have a Hardy Spicer cross reference number for the STC4807 to give me more options on sourcing cheaper UJs in future ? I've searched for a HS cross reference but with no success so far.

    Thanks

    That's a 1330 series uni.

I have a catalogue with all the dimensions in it but it doesn't list the TD5 prop uni's for an exact cross, it could be one of several that are 26.99mm x 92.08mm

I'm pretty sure Tombie or Discowhite has the numbers, hopefully they'll chime in.

The older ones were a direct match for the older Ford Falcons. Maybe the newer ones match? If you take a UJ into Repco they should be able to cross reference it if there's something available.

    Cheers

K5- A757 is the H/D uni for most Landies but the attached chart and listing will allow you to get excactly what you need.

    cheers

I have the same catalogue and it doesn't directly list the 1330 series joint used at the t/case end of late TD5's, the one Isuzu 110 is posting about, only dimensional specs of which a number match.
