For the steel any Defender, Disco1 or County rim but you will also need 5 steel wheel nuts.
Im sure you blokes have covered this before but looking to get a 2nd spare for Western Queensland trip. Truck is fitted with the standard 16inch Boost alloys. Not about to fork out for another alloy so what steel or older Land Rover wheels will fit the offset? I assume all 5-stud LR patterns are the same (wild assumption)?

That's my view too. I'm fortunate that the Kamper has two spare wheels and is on steel rims as is the other Defender. All up I have 6 spares, 4 steel and 2 alloy.
One thing worth doing is get 5 extra alloy nuts - OEM are better as the after market are cheap and tend to rust - and replace the lock nuts with these. Keep the lock nuts as spares when travelling.

why? the threads are the same, although the alloy nuts have more thread, the taper that bites onto the rim is the same, the only differance is ones shiny and ones not... if you have spare alloy wheel nuts dont bother buying steel wheel nuts unless you want it to look factory.
