If your 90 has a rover diff at both ends you'll be fine. Did you upgrade axles for the lockers?

Yep both the same Rover front type as Justin has said.

I ran exactly that setup on my 90 with ARB's front and rear from about 15k km and they were fine.

What diffs are in the 09 puma 130 twin cabs? Do they lend themselves to arb lockers?

Yes, but you are probably better off upgrading the whole rear axle to a salisbury first. IMHO the rover/p38A diff is not strong enough for a 130.
