So long as you lock your CDL the traction control won't interfere much, if at all. I did alot of driving in soft powdery sand over here in my 08 110 and the TC was never an issue. As for front and rear diff locks, they will keep both wheels on the axle turning at the same speed so the TC won't need to do anything, so won't need to be deactivated.
