Yes there is, I did it on my 90 not long ago. The tube (plastic) behind the nozzle is fairly sturdy. What you do is prise the nozzle off using a pair of small screwdrivers. This leaves the black plastic tube behind. All you do then is the same to the new nozzle and simply fit it over the plastic tube. Give the new nozzle a tap and it sits onto the plastic tube.
This tip was given to me by an independent LR repairer and it works really easily.
