Thread: Original Driving Lights

Were the original driving lights fitted to Defenders controlled by the High Beam switch?
I suspect there is another on/off switch on the dash but once turned on do the normal headlight switch and the hi beam switch control them?

The setup you describe is the legal requirement, and should apply to all driving lights. But I am not aware that Defenders have ever been sold with "original" driving lights, although some special types have had driving lights, probably installed by the distributor. Most Defenders with driving lights would have had them installed by dealers or owners.
