    97' fender relay help

    Hey guys ,
    Have searched google but unsuccessful ...
    Can someone plz identify and tell me exactly where my front window wiper relay is ???
    I removed my speedo cluster and looked in behind there ... I have only 2 relay's a yellow and a pink one ...

    There are a bunch of relays/fuses in behind the gear lever on the firewall in the cabin and some more in the battery compartment under the passenger seat. Although I can't tell you which it is, but hopefully the attached will give you an idea.

    AMR2341 is the wiper relay

    Look where Guy said, there is a big orange Lucas relay. they cost about $80...

    or go to a wreckers... and hope it works.

    thanks for the heads up , I replaced it with the VW 99 relay after following the thread in PROJECTS section ... no benifit with a tdi set up , they must have changed it with the td5
