I take it you've never visited the Defender section.
HI All,Iam considering defecting from the Disco to a new D'fer.Just wondering if there are any dramas or things I should be wary of.Thanks![]()
I take it you've never visited the Defender section.

Defect more like promotion.
Shouldnt have to ask the question if you know what you are doing
come off it you guys, we are a bit bias here on the defender section but there is nothing wrong with discos, I don't own one now but wouldn't say no to one.
My point what about a defer is it you want, over the disco. disco's are more comfy but not as big for touring as the defer, if you aren't into rough 4x4ing then the disco is fine but if you want abit more clearance then the defer is better.
Both cars are good and there is some pretty bias people here![]()

bbarkz - have you got a missus that needs to drive it? If you don't get the girl on-board, you've got no hope
They are rather uncivilised compared to a Disco, although the Puma is a step in the right direction wrt quietness and comfort.
