Congratulations to you
I couldn't contain my excitement any longer.
I'm picking up my first Land Rover tomorrow. A 2009 Defender 110 in Stornoway Grey.
I am probably more excited about it than when I was a kid waiting for Christmas morning....or when I picked up my Austin Healey a few years ago.
I just wanted to mention that the threads on this site have been supremely useful in finding out information, helping me decide which model to look for and, importantly, giving me confidence that if I have a query or question about the vehicle or any of its components, I shall probably find an answer here....so keep up the good chat!
Over the course of the next 6 months I plan on bringing the vehicle up to spec for a few overland camping trips around the country...needless to say I'll be asking for advice and tips along the way. If you have any immediate suggestions, please let me know!
So happy to be joining the brotherhood.
Bobby.
Congratulations to you
