self closing doors....solution?

its her majesty that has questioned the design, and contracted me to improve.;)

I had the same drama, removed the z shaped spring steel thingy and put a touch more bend into it and re installed, be careful not to over bend it or the little wheel wont go past and the door wont open completely. Mine is great now even stands upto a stiff breeze.
