Puma front suspension gap
Chasing a measurement of the gap between the front bump stop and the strike plate on standard Puma front suspension.
Newhue reckons it is a beer can but I thinbk he might have emptied before giving the advice..good to see you again Jason

welllll I heard from sober advice, who should know, a beer can between the tyre and flair with a 7.5x16 tyre is about right.
I have also heard 115mm between bump stop and diff from a respected source. I looked at a new 130 at the dealer and it seemed to have about 85mm between stops and diff.

the general consensus seems to be about 75mm for the front...
Dealer didn't want me to crawl around under the 110's on their lot for liability reasons...christ you would think I was a suicude bomber not a defender driver.....OK.. OK..I see the link
