    brains trust ............long shot

    vibration developed at 63kph...

    rpm not relevant,,,,in scenario

only very slight at the speed mentioned ,,

decelaration and acceleration....primary source ,,,,constant 63k as per normal..!

yes i thought worst case drive line but , clutch and brake application appear to have zero impact so i am thinking its ,,best case and something from the rattle fairys ,,,,, gaurd / panel //ex etc etc ...anyone come across this,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

    cheers

    done.
    14000k..greased .and Tight as a nun,s front...!

It appears at a critical speed as opposed to a critical rpm ,,which leads me to think its a body component .........

    rumination continues........

Get your tyres checked to make sure they are not "out of round". I had a shake on my '08 110 that never went away for long after a rebalance. It wasn't until I took the car to a truck tyre place, where they didn't have the guard on the balancing machine so they could see what was going on, that someone noticed one wheel wasn't as round as it could have been.

    Cheers,

    Tim

Check to see that the tailshaft bolts have been done up tight.
Check that the phase of the tailshaft is correct.
Check that a balance weight hasn't been knocked off when they had the shaft out.

My immediate guess would be as suggested - prop shaft. But having said that, I recently fixed a similar problem with mine (only it was at 70kph) which I was unable to locate a cause for, by removing the thinnest shim from the LH swivel (having found preload was out). I did not expect it to fix the vibration, but it did!

63kph speed dependent I would hazard a guess along Johns line of swivel pre-load.
    Could be wheel balance though.

    Hi,

could be wheel balance or a balancing weight has dropped off a prop shaft, check the props for a new clean/painted area the size of a credit card.
