Like this 130 SW belonging to Daniel (Mulgo) on this forum (see banner adverts at top of AULRO pages)

It's nicely done too, but for mine I can't really see the point.

I'm pretty certain that someone has put one together with three rows of seats resulting in a seven door wagon.

Also has retractable rail rail guide wheels front and rear. Runs as a tourist transport on the Wilderness Railway, but can also travel on the road.

the tassie one looks like it has an extended chassis so is longer than a 130. here's a photo of a triple cab 130 with a 110 roof:
