Thread: td5 exhaust manifold repairs

Thanks for all the replies. I had bought the parts to do the job on Friday from davis performance, I got a exchange manifold from him as well. I started the job on Monday and then got a phone call that we have been approved for the house we wanting to rent so had to drop every thing with the car pulled apart. Because the exchange manifold has been set up for 10mm studs I had to make spacers to center the manifold as now I wasn't going to fit the larger studs as I needed to get it back together quickly. I had to hand file some spacers down to fit but it's back together now and I also wound the boost up to .
