    Cargo Barrier for Puma 90

Does anyone know of a supplier for a cargo barrier to suit the Puma 90? I contacted Milford recently but they only manufacture one for the 110. Only option I've found so far is to import a genuine LR cargo barrier (ref LR006448) from the UK. Price excl VAT is GBP 188 which is about AUD 280; postage might be a killer though! Cheers.

    MC90,

Have you checked the price with Southern Land Rover? They have on occasion pleasantly surprised me with some of their prices. The genuine 90 towbar for example was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the closest aftermarket one.

Just don’t let them offer to fit it!!!!!!

Check out Paddock Spares in the UK

PM109 | Dog Guard - Black mesh, powder coated

They're called 'dog guards' over there. I brought one back as hand baggage on my last trip and it's fine. My suggestion would be to buy three or four of them and sell the extras on ebay. There's a lot of Defender 90s about now.

Oh yes, I modified mine by adding an extra bracket linking the top of the guard to the side of the Land Rover - used the existing LR bolts, a short length of inch by 1/8" strap bent in the vice and drilled and bolted through the guard. It's solid as a rock now.

Cheers Loubrey, I called Southern LR but they cannot supply, as not ADR approved etc.

Vin Rouge, I'll look on the Paddocks website and see what they have.

I've also contacted LinnRover who supply AutoSafe cargo barriers, to check if they are compatble with a Puma 90 - the search continues!

They advertise them at Linn Rover in Kewdale - linnrover.com.au

I have a Land Rover Defender Accessories catalogue which lists the website of: www.dolium.com.au as manufacturers. Their website has a list of suppliers including that of Lifestyle4WD in Morley

I have a Black Widow in my 110, they do full and half sizes, not sure if they do a "90" but worth checking.

    Cheers

If Dolium distributes them, you'll be able to get one through your local Opposite Lock outlet. I've always had excellent service off Mike who owns/runs the Wangara branch.

Yeah but to be fair the dog guards in the uk are no where near as strong or as well made as the Milfords
