If no-one comes forth, suggest you buy a few 1 - 2mm drill bits, a compass and some masking tape, then get busy with a half moon file.
Anyone on Brisbane Southside or Ipswich able to cut an 80mm round hole in the side of my 90 for a fuel filler to go in.

Mate you should be able to buy a 80mm hole saw from trade tools, for probably $30 bucks or so (including arbour) and you can diy with a power drill!
I have an 86mm diamond cutter that I used for my filler. You're welcome to borrow it. I'm at Norman Park.
G'day Bigmac, I can cut you a 76mm hole, with a holesaw, I live in Ipswich and work at Idooroopilly. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
Cheers, Mick.
