    3.2lt Duratorq

    Has any one heard if they bolt up to the td5 bellhousing. I reckon they would be a great motor to change out to, so much more power.

    Bell Autos and Ashcrofts are working on it with the HD MT82 gearbox, don't know about the R380 though.

    The r380 won't be capable of handling the extra torque... It's pretty much maxed out with a remapped td5.

    Bell housing is a major limiter for flywheel and clutch size also so that would need to be addresses too.

    The new Ford Ranger uses the 3.2 5cyl and the MT82 box. Might be easier trying to shoehorn the Ranger version in than the Tranny one

    It's the same unit. (Don't know whats worse, shoehorning a Ranger or a Tranny....)

    I'm seriously considering a 3.2 Ranger pickup.

    Cheaper than the Toymota and nicer to look at IMHO.
