You could get a sign writer to make you up a set from stick on vinyl.
I know a sign writer who has a vinyl cutting machine. I'll take some detailed phoyo's and measurements on the Defender day and see what I can get made up.
 County body stripe kits?
 County body stripe kits?
I might have asked before (since getting the count I have been going a bit nutso chasing missing bits and resto parts!) but pretty sure no ideas/feedback. I have searched everywhere I know of to no avail...
Can anyone advise where to source County V8 body stripe kits from? Even if they aren't genuine, I would be happy with a remake kit after the body and paint get a tidy up. I was thinking I will change to the black/charcoal/grey combination too.
Also, its a long shot (I guess!), but does anyone have a series of photo's of what stripe kit variations were actually used in Aus?
Something differeent/unusual might also grab my nutso mood with this thing at the moment!!!
Any comment/direction appreciated.

We get the decals made up for caravans... the design is done in auto cad and the decal is cut from the vinyl by the signmaker.. make sure you use someone who uses 3M brand though as many of the others will fade in a short period of time but the 3M stuff lasts for decades..

Hercules: 1986 110 Isuzu 3.9 (4BD1-T)
Brutus: 1969 109 ExMil 2a FFT (loved and lost)
Bodymold graphics do them. Not genuine but they're a local supplier. They also do the grey defender decals. Available on eBay or direct.

somehow the Camel colour scheme & fit out really suits the 90 / 110 , but I forgot, its to replace your wifes 105, might not go down too well.

LOL! THe cops would lock me up for using the checker stuff and there was only one good Camel sticker there... the one that says "Camel Toe" instead of tropy!!!
There's a mob in the UK that do full Camel replica's that I've watched before. Would love to get a genuine camel 110/90/disco/rangie/anything one day, but for now "The Count" is a county V8 resto/refurb project.
For us it depends on the length and what's involved in the decal itself.. caravans vary in length a lot and so does the price.. anything from a couple of hundred to over a thousand..
If you are good with a tracing and a stanley knife it's actually not too hard to buy the 3M decal stuff in metre lengths (varying widths) and cut it yourself.. a lot of repairs to replace missing sections are done this way.. (You can trace or draw a design onto the back of the decal and cut it out with a sharp stanley knife).. that would be a lot cheaper than paying to have a design cut..Pin stripes or any stripes are easy as you buy it in strips anyway..
 Thanks all!
 Thanks all!
Thanks for all the help, the "bodymold" guys on ebay are going to cut me a "custom" County V8 decal set in the Defender light & dark grey colour scheme. Should look pretty slick!
Should look pretty cool when I add some road alloys or use the P38 Alloys and Simex's off road. Most bits that are not white are black or charcoal (like bumpers, trims, tyres, etc). And the roof top tent and awning covers are grey too so it will be a bit better matched when eventually kitted up.Heaps of refurbing to do before the stickers go on anyway!
Oh yeah, the price was a little more than I expected at $160- but not too bad all up. It's a bit cheeky, but I will ask for an AULRO discount and post up here if they are willing to join in and support our community! Assuming they are not already!!!
