    Sealing Mantec snorkel

    Hey guys

For those that fitted a Mantec plastic jobbie didn't anyone seal up all the factory pipe work rather than changing it??? And if so where did you seal???

    Thanks

    Hey

From memory there are 3 spots.
1/ the small air box to the guard.
2/ just to the front of the vehicle where the ducting joins the small air box, you see/feel it, it is just an inch or so from the small air box.
3/ where the ducting joins the air box.

You should consider removing the ducting, it is restrictive and is not doing the performance or economy any favors.

PM "nugge t" or check out his build thread, I know he is about to do something for interested members.

    Cheers
