I have Dynamic 15 x 8 -25 offset rims with 33-12.5/15 KM2s that I use when going off road. They stick out a lot but they dont rub except on full lock at full compression on the flare. The rims are pretty strong and reasonably priced.
I don't want to open another can of worms, but is wider really better on snow? Many threads on this forum have gone on for pages espousing the views on wide v narrow. I like wide as where I go the tracks are chewed up by people with big tyres and narrow tyres seem to have trouble. In World Rally their snow tyres are quite a bit narrower than their dirt tyres, but I suppose you are not driving like them.
