Does anyone know about the lever thats on the fuel pump"i think its to hand prime the motor",mine has recently started to move up and down while engine is running and makes a ticking noise.Ive never noticed movement from it and was wondering if the pumps on the way out?or if the movement can cause damage?.
just means that the little dimple that normally holds it up out of harms way has failed, other than wearing out its pivot its not likely to cause any damage, just run a zip tie around it to hold it in position.
