In my opinion just buy the correct pipes, i tried enzed[brendale] and pirtek[lawnton] to redo the oil cooler pipes and they were 3x the price! however if you know somebody.....
I have leaky hoses coming from my pump. Is Enzed a viable option for replacement, or should I buy those made particularly for a 300TDi?
Karcraft have fairly decent prices - L/R DEF 300 TDI (BOX TO RES) $61.35, POWER STEERING - L/R DEF 300 TDI (PUMP TO BOX) $54.75.
How hard is it replace them?

Karcraft - saves fooling around with making up a custom section of the HP hose, and even with the LP section, you aren't going to be saving much when you add the cost of running around.
Ditto, just ring Tim or John and save stuffing around for those $.
Pirtek and Enzed will be two to three times the cost.
yes, Ive used them before but unless you need a "fix it right now" buy the oem parts they're generally cheaper.
the supply hose is just generic hose so taking it off, and getting something the same diameter and lenght is the go.

MR has them The pump to box pipe is around $90
Hardest part of the job is starting the thread on top of the box - the pipe is rigid at that point
