What size tyres for 2012 130?

I know this has been asked before, but I cannot find exactly what is the max size tyres I can fit to 130 Puma WITHOUT lifting or rubbing guards in any way.
I am looking at muddies unsure of brand, which at the moment is irrelevant, as I would like to know max size and width first.

Any information is appreciated, thank you

By my reckoning 255/85s should work on stock rims, 285/75s are also do-able, with the correct offset rims.

    235/85/16 = 32", your standard 7.5x16 are 31".

you will have wolf rims with 0 offset, so 255/85/16 or 33" with rub slightly on you control arms under full lock or with a bit of articulation. Given on just about every occasion I can think of, full lock or good articulation is under 10klm p/h the rubbing doesn't really matter. But they will rub.

I've never had any rubbing after three sets of 255/85's and the HD rims under articulation, just on the front radius arms at full lock as I have the stops set pretty finely.
Bear in mind it's a Tdi and lifted in the front, but the basic suspension design is identical.

I have 255/85 r16 maxxis bighorns but also suspension mods. They just touch/brush the rear spring mount when fully compressed. I have an 02 110 def wagon with boost alloys. There are 2 types of m/t in that size, BFG and maxxis bighorn, i think coopers do an a/t. the maxxis have been good so far with a bit of harder tracks as well as daily drive for 25,000k's, only hole I got was from a screw some kid put under the tyre at the shops

I was of the understanding that Wolf rims were positive 20.6mm offset?

Hmmm I stand corrected. I should have called control arms radius arms. And I got 0 offset regarding wolf rims from AULRO. sorry.

same question, but on a 2006 td5 with boosts, what would be the max size without spacers?
