    Did your wife get it hot?
    Have you checked the turbo hoses maybe one delaminated causing the lack of power

    very good point. Thanks will check before turbo goes back on. No.. on the heat side of things. It was all normal.

    you little ripper. Found a damaged hose. Cant believe it was soo simple, well i hope any way. New silicon hoses ordered tomorrow.

    now time for some clever strategy, if its just the hoses it wont be expensive, so you could order a bunch of goodies that you need to 'fix' the Td5 and should not have any probs getting minister of Finance approval, at least to the value of a new turbo, esp as she was driving.

    hmmmmmmm, vnt conversion, new remap to suit, 3" exhaust...



    ...only to be followed quickly by a set of prosthetic testicles no doubt.....
