Brembo's are certainly the best brakes available anywhere in the world.

Had them on my GT, my KTM dirt bikes and currently on my SupaDuke.

With that said the AP's on the PUMA, were (may be still are) the mandatory brakes for V8 SupaCars, well the AP brand at least.

So why is one rotor better than another one or the standard LR ones?

Is it a reduction in brake fade, shorter stopping distances etc? Or are they simply cheaper?

I have always thought cross drilled and slotted rotors would accelerate pad wear once they get mud in them.

Also, when people put the after market rotors in, do you use the same / original calipers and standard LR pads?

    Thx
