    HIDs

My SVX came with them fitted, and additional HID spotlights. So that is six HIDs all up.

The light is excellent. Having said that I do not like them. They are too brilliant. Reflective road signs become blinding. Unless and until the Road Authorities reverse the reflective sections on those signs, ie text reflective rather than backgound, I'd say HIDs are a hazard. Stick with good halogens. ........Oh! and the ballasts interfere with radio reception.

    Cheers RF

And be aware, there are some states that require your headlights to be symmetrically installed so having one Xenon & one halogen may not be legal so they may need to install two temporarily.

Rang LR today to chase it up, light should be coming in express on Monday, and they can fit my car in Tuesday morning, so bullet dodged. Will stick to driving the Subaru at night until then..

I think the Xenon's are brilliant, we get plenty of wild nightlife near home and the extra distance on the headlights has certainly helped me see more than the odd roo on the side of the road in plenty of distance to slow and avoid. But yes, they do relect off signs, havent noticed it as a huge problem though.
