Thread: Rear shock rubbers 2008 Puma

Hi All
Quick question.
I was checking out my rear shocks today. (2008) Puma.

There is a small gap in the rubber on the rear shock mount.

Not sure if this has always been like this or if I have only just noticed?
Other side is similar, but slightly less.
Anything to worry about or normal?

Should I give it a tighten (if I can) with a socket set and see if it does up further?
There is about 3 threads from the bolt showing on each side.

that is normal, the outer washer is concave , so when it contacts the bush inner it allows flex without snapping/ stressing the mounting pin and shock eye.
