    Losing all my fillings

Is it just my Defender, or do all Defenders shake your fillings out on corrugated roads, and when I hit raised parts of the sealed road it just seems to jar the truck , mainly the front .

Is it my suspension combination ?

Front with OME 2” 2767 coil and Super Pro T/F +50 shock

Rear T/F Medium 2’’ coil Big bore T/F shock and air bags with 5psi

BF Goodrich All-Terrains 265/75R-16 with 30psi all round

I must add it handles great off road and even better on road , It just doesn’t like a ridged road dirt or tar head on .

probably .... maybe gentler shocks and a little less tyre pressure (subject to load requirements of course) would help

    Ditto.

Combination of spring rate and bump valving in the shocks.

Google tells me your front springs are 285 lbs/in. That is pretty heavy! Standard D110's are 155/215 lbs/in progressive and the Genuine HD's [130 std] are 225 lbs/in.
Your rears (without the air assist) are 300 lbs/in.

Currently I run 225 lbs/in in the front and 300lbs/in in the rear (TF Med +2s) and it is fairly nice (with a winch+bar and fair amount of gear). Although, I am considering a longer 180lbs/in Front Spring from Les Richmond.

Shock valving does make a big difference, however the TF shocks are fairly soft IMO already.

    Hope this helps

If that's what they are, 285lb/in is crazy heavy.

I'm running 220lb/in-17" free length, but IIRC we've discussed these spring rates, etc before.

Yes the whole suspension thing was discussed before
This is the result of mix and match without considerations

I thought it was only the Isuzu's that rattled your fillings out.

I have to say that our defender shakes bad on corrugations if we are not going fast enough to smooth them out trye pressure is also a biggy here...otherwise its OK..we only have Land Rover HD springs in the front with winch and winch bar with Koni HD raids all round

i have also wondered whether having a roof rack on takes some flex out the body too making some shakes feel worse....
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
