I've never had any luck with landrover mud flaps. They are expensive and short lived. I have a roll of the plastic that rally cars use that I will be fitting next.. along with hinged mounts. Hopefully this lasts longer!

It must be that time of year. I ripped the rear left one off my 130. A tad annoying as I just replaced all 4 a few months ago. Mine were aftermarket this time I will just make my own.
UK suppliers by airmail @ 30% of that price (airfreight included).
You'll just need to cut the hole/ cut out in the LHS one (for a 90 at least, can't remember if a 110 has the hole/ cut out)
I keep melting the left one (Puma 90) and while LR changes it every 6 or so months when it's in for a service, warranty runs out in April and I'll be having to pay for them in future...

A lot of the time, mud flaps get ripped off when we reverse causing the flap to be pressed against the tyre (e.g. by a shrub) and the tyre pulls the flap from the mounting.
A light chain can be used to restrain the flap from contacting the tyre in normal conditions and can be shortened by moving the chain to another hook to pull the flap up where it is right out of the way in more difficult conditions (e.g. rocks and mud holes).
Hi , my son brought two truck flaps from Dandenong for $10 each then cut them to shape , his only complaint was they were white , so he sprayed them black , they came up all right , if not after market, there about $40 pair , hope this helps . Cheers jimr1 :) ..
Clarke Rubber as said before, or old conveyor belt... Buy a length of decent piano hinge... Not the skinny Bunnings stuff. Cut two pieces to suit your flaps:D, bolt to the taper part of the xmember and the top of the flap. Then pull the centre pin of the hinge out and weld a M12 spring washer to the end of it as a finger pull. Hey presto, removable flaps. If ya get stuck finding decent hinge, PM me as I think I have 2 off cuts from the camp body project! I'll post them too ya if they are long enough. Cheers!

Managed to drill out the rivets in the damaged flap, cut and reattach the ripped off rubber as a temp fix. It is about 3 cm shorter that the driver's side rear flap, but still looks pretty stock.
Also looked at after-market ones, but most look like a TD5 ones, which does not have the exhaust cut out as large as the one for the Puma. I think Australian vehicles have exhaust that point to the back, vs exiting from the side for the rest of the world. Could be wrong (probably am).
Will eventually look to the piano hinge idea, but am also toying with the idea of just getting wingbolts(?) to attach to the existing holes, removing/fitting them while I air up/down.
Headed for the Vic 4WD show this weekend, and apparently some Wranglers got pulled over by the boys in blue, getting 'canaried' for driving without mud flaps..(amongst other things like massive lift kits).
