    Stolen badges

    Someone asked me today where my Landrover Badges were. Looked at the front and back of the Puma and they were gone. Someone pinched them. The front one is missing and the back Decal? has been lifted out of the oval holder. Should I be ****ed off or flattered they wanted a Landrover badge. They probally wanted to put them on a Toyota.

    Wow you got badged I haven't heard of that since the 90's are they not stickers ?

    The word Defender is a sticker on the back but Landrover is a plastic badge that clips into the front grille and the rear one is a plastic logo that is attached to an oval base, I think. I really hav'nt taken much notice before. Now its gone.

    The back one is a bit of a job to get off as it's glued on with Land Rover's "Black Nasty", so that would have been a concerted effort by the lowlife who took it.

    Front one is unfortunately very easy to get off (spray painted a grill previously with Tamiyah hobby spray paint)

    Hope you manage to get a couple from the wreckers as I reckon they'll cost the same as a small country's defense budget if you have to get them from the stealers...
