Put my 285/75/16 KL71 Kumhos on it, looks a lot better with something grippy.

And also fitted a Mantec snorkel, very easy to fit.

So far have put 2000km on the clock. Really happy with the way it drives and the updated seats whilst not luxury are a huge improvement over the 1985 model I learnt to drive in.
I have resisted getting it too dirty so I can blow rust inhibitor up the chassis before its too late.

Im still grinning each time I drive it, and the extra space over my rangie classic is awesome.
    Hey Ben,

Nice truck!!! You haven't wasted any time in getting you teeth into modifying! Looks good on 33's!

    Keen to see more mods

Congrats, white 7 seater. Sounds familiar. All you need to do is paint the grill and light surrounds gloss black.

    Nice truck.

A bit more modifying done over my break.
Fitted the Rovacraft bullbar and a friend did me proud with a pair of spotties and wired up my winch. Winch was a direct fit to the bar with no mods needed, just longer mounting bolts. The waterproof solenoids are hidden behind the left headlight, and the remote socket is under the bonnet lip. It came with two wireless remotes and the range is excellent, around 25 metres wothout any trouble.

So, just a rear recovery point to go and two tow hooks and ill call it a wrap for external mods for a few days.

Need to fit a two way, seat covers and a roof rack.

Spotties are bright, very happy with them.

Anyway, now plotting some testing to justify all the toys I bought.

For those interested the winch is an Imax 12000lb with dyneema. Landed to your door for $410 australia wide. Have had a good inspection of it and cant fault it for the price. Selling on ebay as we speak
