The new 110 is finally here!!!

Well, I couldn't wait to show some photos of my new Defender 110. I was going to post some pics with the mods but just wanted to share my excitement.
I picked up on the 25th and got it dirty in Warburton Vic on the 26th.
Next week it is getting a makeover with winch, tint and towbar.
    Cheers

    Congratulations,

the sawtooth wheels complement that colour spot on !!

What winch/bar combo are you getting? I'm in the process of picking one for mine - however being an tech the bar options are rather limited

    cheers,

    Wayne

    Well Done!
I just bought the exact same machine two and a half weeks ago! It has just been to ARB and had the bull bar, roof rack and tow bar fitted!

Youll be very pleased I'm sure. I upgraded from a TDI 300 110 and could not be happier. Great to see some dirt on it so soon!!!

    Thanks Wayne
I decided against traditional bullbar and I am going with the following:

    1. Mantec Snorkel
    2. LR A-Frame and winch bar
    3. Warn winch 9.5cti-s
    4. Front light guards (non LR)
    5. Rear Bumperettes
    6. Tow bar-Hayman Reese
    7. Steering Guard - Troutbeck
    8. Window Tinting

I am fitting my own HID driving lights (cheap chinese versions) soon as i get the A-Frame fitted.

    Roof rack will come later.
Getting all these fitted at a local land rover specialist in Melbourne and not the dealer.

    Cheers

Been waiting for a while and made the decision. Had hilux previously, gave it away for VW and Nissan SUVs and now this.

Driven the 130s back in the mid 1990s for work too and fell in love with them since.

    Cheers

Landrover Defenders really have character, other 4WD's are very good trucks, but IMO none have that conection that comes with owning a Landrover Defender, County, Stage, Series......

Attached is a poor photo of my machine......

You wont believe the number of "looks" I get on the road with this machine, even cops are checking it out. It is a machine with character alright!! and the good thing is, that there are not too many on the roads unlike some 4wd's.
